1. Pour approximately 5 ml of water or saline solution (you can make your own sodium chloride solution by dissolving 1 teaspoon of sea salt in one litre of water) into the inhaler. Make sure that there is enough water inside the inhaler throughout the procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The water is atomized mechanically inside the expansion chamber, which means that you can also use cold water in the inhaler. You can add refreshing substances (such as menthol) to the water to relieve a tickly or dry cough. Users with asthma or allergic symptoms should avoid strong essential substances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Breathe in through the inhaler (suction). Breathe out through the nose. Continue using the inhaler for approximately 2\u20133 minutes at a time. The longer you continue to use the inhaler, the more effective it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Once you have finished using the inhaler, wash it out with clean water and hang upside down to dry. You can also place the inhaler in boiling water for a few minutes to clean it more thoroughly. The inhaler can also withstand various disinfectants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the inhaler becomes damaged or discoloured or can no longer be cleaned properly, you should dispose of it and replace it with a new inhaler.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
